Quick Consultation
We’ll ask a few questions about the property and your concerns, determine whether our service is right for you, and provide a firm price.
Confirm & Schedule
We’ll send you the inspection agreement and proposed appointment time. Once accepted, you sign the agreement and pay a 50% deposit to confirm your inspection.
Inspection
We perform the full inspection at the scheduled time. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion.
Receive Your Report
We’ll provide your complete diagnostic report, including our findings, documentation, and laboratory results when applicable.
